Things people usually ask

How do I know which service is right for my project?

It usually comes down to where you are in the process. If you're just starting out and want clarity on direction, the Concept & Space Planning service works well. If you want us to handle everything from layout to furnishings, the Full Package is the right fit. For those who already have a design direction and need someone to manage the execution, Design Supervision is ideal. We're happy to talk through the options before you commit.

Do you work with condominiums and landed homes both?

Yes. Most of our residential projects are condominiums and apartments in KL, though we also take on landed homes and semi-detached properties. We've also worked on a handful of small commercial spaces such as boutique offices and cafes.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

We'll get back to you within one to two working days to arrange an initial call. This is a chance to discuss your space, your needs, and whether we're a good fit for each other. From there, if you'd like to move forward, we'll outline the next steps and a proposed scope.

Can I make changes during the design process?

Absolutely. The Full Interior Design Package includes two rounds of revisions, and we build check-in points into every project so you can share feedback as things develop. We understand that preferences can shift, and we'd rather adjust early than hand over something that doesn't feel right.

Do the prices include contractor work or just design?

Our fees cover design work only. Renovation, contractor, and procurement costs are separate and will vary by project. For the Design Supervision service, we help coordinate and vet contractors on your behalf, but the work is contracted directly with them. We can provide indicative cost guidance during our initial discussion.

How long does a typical project take?

It depends on the service. Concept & Space Planning typically wraps up in 2–3 weeks. A full design package takes 4–8 weeks. Design Supervision runs alongside the renovation itself, generally 6–12 weeks. These timelines can flex depending on the complexity of the space and how quickly decisions are made together.
